Sidney Ginks
Died on 30/10/1918. He was Private G/87305 Depot (formerly 4th Bn.) Middlesex Regiment. The son of Matilda Charlotte Ginks, of The Crown, East Burnham, Slough, and the late Frank Ginks. He was born, c1888, at Howcaple, resided at East Burnham and enlisted at Edmundton, Middlesex. His name appears on the Burnham (Bucks)War Memorial. MIC reads – Victory and British War medals. Sidney is buried at Farnham Royal (St. Mary) Churchyard, N.W. 975 (C) West of church.
