Joseph Lee

Died aged 22 on 25/11/1915. He was Private 14200 1st Battalion, Suffolk Regiment. The son of James and Mary Ann Lee of The Street, Snape. Born and enlisted at Snape, Suffolk. MIC reads – Victory, British War and 1914 Star medals, landed France on 30/7/15. Joseph is buried at Snape (St. John The Baptist) Churchyard, Left of South entrance. His name appears on the Snape village War Memorial.
