Edward Victor Linnitt

Died of his wounds on 16/10/1915 aged just 17. He was Lance Corporal 13087 1st Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment. The son of Alfred and Mary Linnitt of The Nest, Beatrice road, Kettering. Edward was born and enlisted at Kettering. MIC – Victory, British War and 1915 Star medals. Landed France on 27/1/15. He is buried at , 2701. His name appears on Kettering War Memorial
