Frederick James Smith

 

His death certificate states – 1, Sarcoma of right Clavicle 2, Sarcoma of roots of left lung 3, gangrene left lung. CWGC states death on 29/10/1919, his death cert. states 23/10/1919. A Head Hotel Waiter, he was the son of John Smith of 50 Merchant street, Derby; husband of Theresa Lilian Smith of 28 Delft street, Sheffield. Frederick is buried at Sheffield (City Road) Cemetery, GG. RC. 3072.
