Joseph Taylor

Died of his wounds on 8/8/1916 aged 22. Joseph was Driver L/8457 “B” Battery, 150th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. Born and enlisted at Blackburn, he was the son of William and Ellen Taylor of 7 Paradise street, Blackburn. MIC – Victory, British War and 1915 Star medals, landed France on 27/11/15. He is buried at Pleasington Priory (SS. Mary and John the Baptist) Roman Catholic Churchyard, E. C. 7.
