The son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Topham of 59 Surrey road, Darnall, Sheffield; husband of Polly Topham of 9 Court, 4 House, Bard street, Park, Sheffield. Buried at Sheffield (Burngreave) Cemetery, he is commemorated on the screen wall there.
